Levels are derived from delayed options data, so what you see reflects the market as it was, not as it is. The Spot figure in the page header is delayed and can differ from the live chart line. The chart's price line is sampled and approximate between samples. Data is provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability. Feeds can fail, values can be stale, and the page tells you when it knows they are, but it cannot catch everything.
